We discuss the scope of your project in this meeting and the services we offer. Design details, project goals, turnaround time and estimate are all determined. Just like yours, our time is valuable, so we continually develop my business practices to optimize efficiency and quality of service. While meetings are planned and booked at times to suit you, please be aware that in-office demands may take predigest and charges may apply if urgent meetings / call-outs are requested.

Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel your appointment 48 hours prior our meeting date. We will refund you for the appointment deposit except for the 4% service fee. We won’t refund you, if cancelations or reschedule happens 24 hours or less prior our meeting or no-showing. To read more about our booking policy please visit our terms of business page.
